Description
Honu #5 – is the fourth design in a long series of Hawaiian Green Sea Turtle embroidery designs inspired by Polynesian and Hawaiian Tattoo Art. Honu #5 was created with 20 other Honu designs that comprise the “Aloha O Honu” quilt design. This design was created to stitch out at W4.45″ by H4.70″ for a 5″ by 5″ finished quilt block. There are approximately 13,143 stitches and takes 26 minutes to completed running at 600 SPM. It is designed to run only as one color as is the case of most tribal tattoos. Image is of product embroidered on Hoffman Mottle Beach Glass #839-661 batik fabric.
